This is the B-Side of the new Spring Single 2014 by Wilfred N & the Grown Men. This song came about last summer after that crazy amount of rain we were getting in Edmonton. Just before the deluge, we had added a load of fresh dirt to our flower garden. Then it rained… and rained… and rained. . . and the garden turned into a soppy mess of MUD. Our grandkids were over and we let them go at it!! Of course, they got totally slathered in mud: they squished it in their hands; they squished it between their toes; they smeared knees and elbows, and I'm sure they got it up their nose. In the end, we washed them down with a hose! What could I do but write the song??!!!
